The International Chocolate Awards is pleased to announce the Grand Jury finalists of the 2014 Canadian National Competition, which was judged at Vancouver Community College – Baking & Pastry Arts Department, Vancouver, Canada 5 – 8 October 2014. The winners were announced at the prize ceremony held at Xoxolat, Vancouver on 9 October 2014. The results are listed here.
The Grand Jury finalists are the nominations for prizes that made it through to the Grand Jury round after the Selection and Main rounds of judging. The final winners are voted for by the Grand Jury, who follow strict Grand Jury rules. Profiles of the Grand Jurors can be found here here.
