The International Chocolate Awards is pleased to announce the Winners of our first full World Drinking Chocolate Competition, following last year’s pilot. The competition was judged live at the Schokolade Gourmet Festival in Hannover, 11 – 13 September 2015.
This year’s competition also featured a pilot category for chocolate drinks with alcohol, which must follow our competition rules for all natural ingredients. This category helps to highlight the importance of using good quality chocolate, which is not the case in many commercial alcoholic chocolate drinks.
Prizes
Gold, Silver and Bronze prizes were awarded after a single round of judging, held in public view at the Festival in the Awards marquee, with samples prepared by our team of chefs according to entrants’ consumer recipes.
